Merry Christmas!!!
Well, it's been another week of ick. I finally got in to see the Dr. Friday. He told me I have a "flu-like virus" and I need to rest. Doesn't he know there's a holiday approaching?!!?!? He claims he knows. He also says I've been working too hard and stressing my little body out. I need rest. And fluids. So today, the first day of my 6 days off, I rested. I know the Good Lord rested on the 7th day, but I don't have a 7th day, so I'm gonna try for little rests here and there for 6 days! :)
Today I slept until noon, then stayed in bed until 1 reading. I figured that was a good concession to running around the rest of the day! :) I got my haircut, went to buy a gift for my roommate and finish my sister, then to the grocery store for Christmas Eve dinner. Grocery store was disappointing, so I went to mom and dad's and hung out a little, went to dinner with them and then to another grocery store to finish my shopping. Two little gifts left to buy and then I am finished! Yay!
Even got some of my baking done. All in all good. Well, gotta get to bed. Rest, you know?
