In an old college tradition....A Happy List!!!!

For those of you who read this and don't know, the Happy List was created my Sophmore year in college. It was an email of, well, things on your mind...not always happy. Some were hidden codes or inside jokes, some were obvious (like the sunshining) and others just an inventory of the life. Somehow a rule evolved that if you included someone on your happy list, you had to include them in getting a copy of it. This way, they knew they made an impact on you and, more often than not, they then joined the list and the circle grew. So, here's my list for this past week....

1. Standing in the rain watching football, football and more football all day yesterday.
2. My new boss' son, Billy (he's 10, in case anyone was wondering)
3. Remembering Erin (who's birthday was August 26th. I hope she's in peace.)
4. My new digital Driver's License (and hoping that I look like my driver's license picture! It was actually a good one!!!)
5. Knowing Trish's husband, Chad was surprised at his 30th birthday party last night and that he'll now stop pouting because no one did anything for him!
6. Jeans weather
7. Kraft Macaroni and Cheese
8. Sleeping 12 hours today
9. The Emmy's (I'm addicted to watching them...and trash t.v. in general)
10. The new Fall t.v. season (and knowing now more than ever I need Tivo, since I won't be able to watch all the shows I've grown addicted to like Jack & Bobby, American Dreams, CSI - Miami and Vegas, The O.C., The West Wing, etc.)
11. Kaitlyn Mollie Lewis
12. Hoping my cousin Jeremiah is happy. (He got engaged...or was supposed to...Friday night to a girl from Brasil - where he is currently until January...back at the Word of Life camp he attended for 2003.)
13. Eating like a Pac-Man (and I want so much to lose 10 or 15 pounds, as I'm now the heaviest - scale wise, even though I don't think I look like - I have ever been.
14. Feeling pretty good as I, and those around me, approach 30!
15. My mom's cats. (They do o.k. filling in for Maverick)

Happy Fall everyone! (At least it feels like it here today!)
