Things my dream job would have:

- The ability to wear jeans or wear suits depending on my mood
- A high-importance feel (like the frantic, I've got to do this now moment, but without the deadline, just the planning and feel)
- The flexability to leave early if all my work is done.
- A feel that what I am doing is helping someone (even if it's just helping a "team" meet goals)
- Work that takes a certain amount of brain power
- More creative than technical
- A certain amount of interaction with other people every day
- An office with a window and a door. (So, I can shut people away from my desk, not a group office with a door)
- A computer I can customize (change the start-up sounds, screen saver, etc.)

Is this too much to ask? :)
