Just thought (since I really don't have much to write about) I'd post some pictures I love. This one is my mother and my grandfather leaving my grandparents' house on January 30th 1971, my mom and dad's wedding day. While the dress style is not my style, my mother looks so beautiful! My grandmother made all the bridesmaid dresses and did the many cakes (I'll post the pictures of that sometime) for their wedding. She still can't believe she did it all. Neither can we! A few days after the honeymoon, my mother and grandmother took the ladies from the church out to lunch to thank them for all of their help in the wedding (reception, dresses, food, etc.). My grandmother fell on the ice and broke her arm. Thank goodness it didn't happen BEFORE the wedding!
